Cancer - uncontrolled, abnormal cell growth
The influence of DMSO on survival in gastric cancer, with gut lining tissue invasion and cancer spread to lymph nodes surrounding the stomach, was assessed in a prospective randomized controlled double-blind trial conducted for 5 years. 77 patients were randomized to the control group and 76 patients were randomized to the DMSO group. DMSO was administered by mouth in a 5% solution offering 500mg 4 times a day. At the end of the 5 years, only 6 or 11% of the control group were alive, whereas 18 or 33.3% of the DMSO group were still alive. Salim AS. DMSO was found to increase the effect of Tumour Death/Necrosis Factor on certain leukemia cell types in the laboratory. In addition some TNF resistant cells could be sensitized to TNF cytotoxicity by DMSO treatment. We postulate that DMSO injected with Tumour Necrosis Factor should contribute to a more successful treatment of acute myeloid leukemias. Depraetere S. We monitored efficacy of DMSO to modulate growth in breast tumour cells. DMSO alone significantly diminished both the plating and S-phase, which resulted in 71.7% growth inhibition at the 96 hour. The development of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) plays a crucial role in tumour growth. In this study DMSO effectively inhibited capillary tube formation. Directions for Use: As a minimum - Apply 4 to 6 sprays of 70% DMSO and 30% Aloe Vera morning and night to your body and rub in well.
