Detoxification
I healed myself of 27 years of ulcerative colitis using both a 100% raw living food plant based diet and DMSO. When I use DMSO I feel so clean and flexible. Muscle Sprain or Strains
I was first told about DMSO by my osteopath who was treating my shoulder for RSI. This stuff is really good! Within an hour of rubbing it into my shoulder, I could feel relief, and by using it twice daily, my shoulder was right within a week. Arthritis

I have found DMSO to be very useful as part of my pain management strategy. In my opinion it reduces neuropathic pain, more significantly than any other over the counter medicine. Skin Blemishes and Pain Relief
I am in my 60's and I have suffered with knee and hip pain after playing sport, gardening, dancing etc etc, for the past three or four years. I have had physio at various times and have ended up taking strong anti-inflammatory medication when the pain was very strong. The anti-inflammatories seem to cause an asthma type feeling so I was never happy taking them and had to rely on Panadol for the pain. Lately I have been massaging the joints with DMSO and I note that the pain almost disappears after a few minutes. Of course when the cartilage has worn away as it has on one of my knees, the pain does come back, but I have found that I can relieve this by using DMSO. I also have been massaging it into one or two brownish skin patches on my neck and face and after a few weeks of this I notice that they have almost disappeared. Since using DMSO I have been extremely impressed with the results. Applying it topically I have managed to completely resolve dermatitis covering my shoulders and upper arms. My mother informs me that I have had this condition since the age off 2. Over the two weeks that I have been applying it for athletes foot, it seems to have cleared up the skin infection, and I'm sure over time it will also clear up the deeper nail bed infection. I applied it to a very serious burn to the palm of my hand, and not only did the blistering heal very quickly, but there is absolutely no scar. Bursitis, Tendonitis and Muscle Tear
Last year when I was crossing the road, I fell and landed on my left shoulder, which then ached all the time. At one stage I couldn’t lift anything with my arms and wasn’t able to push the shopping trolley. It was really painful so I went to see an orthopaedist. He suggested surgery as the only way to heal my shoulder. He informed me that from the MRI and ultrasound results, he could see I had bursitis, a muscle tear, and tendonitis. However I was afraid of surgery, which was the last thing I wanted, so I looked for an alternative treatment. I tried many different things like Acupuncture, colour therapy, physiotherapy and Chinese massage, but none of them really helped. I continued exercising my shoulder everyday, following the instructions of my physiotherapist, but the pain was still there. I applied a little DMSO, but still had pain, until one day in desperation, I applied enough DMSO to make my skin really slippery, so I could firmly massage my arm, shoulder and neck myself. I massaged myself like this, really hard, once a day for three days and then for the first time since the fall I felt better. So much better that I couldn’t be bothered doing the exercises for my shoulder anymore.
